Esther Harris, Senior Analyst – Residential Buildings, Climate Change Committee
Esther has been at the CCC since 2023, and is responsible for the residential buildings sector, developing models to analyse the route to Net Zero for residential buildings and drafting and presenting advice to Government, including the Seventh Carbon Budget and annual progress reports. Prior to joining the CCC, Esther worked in several roles across local and central government focused on energy efficiency, fuel poverty, and buildings decarbonisation.
