Gemma is the Senior Manager within Together Housing’s Net Zero Team, responsible for the successful delivery of all Retrofit, Renewable Heat and Renewable Power investment programmes, delivering government and internally funded works, responsive insulations and all renewable heat installations. She’s also responsible for the EPC programme, data collection, scenario modelling compiling the programmes together to reach Together Housings Carbon Reduction goals and to ensure the affordability of warm, comfortable homes. Gemma has a varied background from a Law degree to being a plumber, a property surveyor and now a Retrofit Co-ordinator which has allowed her to work on various projects improving properties and communities. She is committed to creating a sustainable environment for all. Gemma is a Board Member for Emerging Leaders within SHAP – Sustainable Housing Action Partnership alongside being a Director for Community Energy Preston in her spare time.
