After completing the Local Government National Graduate Development Programme, I worked as a Senior Policy and Partnerships Officer for my host council. In 2017, I moved to the Local Government Association as an Adviser, working on a variety of transformation programmes. I am currently programme managing the LGA Sustainability Programme and the Transformation Programme.

Notable achievements include obtaining the highest pass in the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma and representing the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames to win the Young Local Authority of the Year Award. I am also currently completing the Solace Springboard Leadership Programme, a flagship leadership programme developed by Solace and the LGA for future senior leaders and Chief Executives.
